Case study (representative example)
A communication agency gets deliveries back on time
An agency with ten clients got requests from email, WhatsApp and shared chats. Something always slipped. Here is how it brought back order, with glarno gathering and preparing and the team approving.
The starting situation
Each client wrote on a different channel. A brief came by email, a last-minute change on WhatsApp, an approval in a shared chat. The team chased messages and now and then a piece of feedback ended up at the bottom of a conversation and stayed there.
Assets were scattered across Drive, email and messages. One delivery slipped because the client's go-ahead arrived in a chat and no one saw it in time. The owner spent the days acting as a switchboard between clients and team.
Good ideas stayed parked, because the days were eaten by coordination.
What glarno did
glarno began gathering the requests arriving from email and messages, working out the client and the job, and putting them in one place, tied to the right client. No more requests lost at the bottom of a chat.
For each request, glarno drafted the reply or the brief recap. The team checked it on the phone, fixed a line and tapped Approve. The delivery landed on the calendar with its reminder.
The team kept using the same tools as always. glarno removed the coordination work around them, it did not ask anyone to change how they work.
The result
After the first month, the agency saw lost requests disappear and deliveries come back on time. These numbers are an illustrative example.
about 7 hours
a week, taken off coordination work
minus 80%
of client requests lost or forgotten
more deliveries
met by the agreed date
The owner stopped being a switchboard. Every request arrives in one place, already tied to the client, and the team sees at a glance what is missing for each one.
Deliveries come back on time because deadlines no longer live in one person's head. The recovered time went back to the creative work, the reason clients choose the agency.
I used to chase requests across five different chats. Now they arrive in one place and the team always knows what is missing. We stopped dropping pieces. Owner of a communication agency (representative example)
